I decided to go to beauty school and expand on my creativity. Through education, experience and my extraordinary clients, my passion grows every day. About the Stylists
Candace has been a stylist for 14 years.
- Certified curl specialist through Ouidad
- Color Master - Alfaparf and Goldwell
- Extension certified – Hotheads Hairwear and Babe Extensions
- Precision Stylist - Goldwell, Aveda and TG Certified
She specializes in curls and color, and her clients will (and do) attest to that. She believes precision, creativity and a dynamic style are her Foundation as a stylist. Her ability to communicate with her clients and translate their desires through styling has made her the success she is today. Candace is a Ouidad certified stylist for curly hair and enjoys the challenge of working with a wide range of hair types and textures that can be difficult for some stylist to work with. Candace has been a certified instructor for six years and is dedicated to staying current with new styles, trends and techniques through continuing education.
Heather is known to have an eye for design. She began her cosmetology career with a degree from Xenon International Academy. After school, she began doing bridal hair and makeup and has recently been training under Candace to expand her skills. She has an extraordinary passion for costume design and hopes to someday make a career out of it. She is dedicated to ongoing education and training in order to keep up with the newest styles and trends.
Cynthia started her career by studying cosmetology at Regency Beauty Institute. After graduating and obtaining her license she began working as an assistant and continuing her education by taking class every Monday, learning advanced color and cutting techniques from Vidal Sasson and Wella. After working in the industry for three years, Cynthia is trained in extensions, keratin treatments and has had the opportunity to take class from Nick Arojo.
Blair is not your average beauty operator. She finds her passion in the craftsmanship of subtractive sculpture, utilizing the function of the hair and shape of the head as a medium. She believes strongly in setting a foundation in all facets of life. Blair is regularly building onto her foundation with continuing education and acting as an instructor at The Academy Of Cosmetology Arts.
Janelle‘s sophisticated expertise draws from experience in some of the country’s top salons -Oahu-Los Angeles-Denver-. Her unwavering commitment to her clients continually inspires creativity to personalized style. She will be dawning Denver every six weeks here at Foundation Hair Studio.
Max’s attention to detail and natural ability as a stylist make him quite desirable to his clientele. As a third generation stylist, he has an instinctive interest in becoming a part of the beauty industry! Max became a stylist in 2008, and he’s constantly been continuing education since. Max derives satisfaction from making his clients feel confident in their looks. His artistic outlook is driven by avant-garde fashion hair and makeup; his inspiration can be seen is hair extension applications as well as his cutting and coloring techniques. Max has a wide range of abilities which grant him the opportunity to cater to each client’s desire whether they prefer to maintain a simple, reserved look or a more trend setting design, color and style.
